Micah Thomas Davison

Micah T. Davison passed on November 1, 2014 in Arizona. Micah was born November 6, 1963 in McAlester, OK to Patricia Lyons. He was immediately adopted by James and Joyce Davison of Coffeyville Kansas in November 1963. Here he was raised with three brothers and sisters, Jeanene, James TJ), and Dawnisha. He attended Field Kindley emorial High School where he was active on the basketball and wrestling teams. Immediately after high school Micah joined the Army in May of 1981. He married Samatha Johnson on June 2, 1984. This union produced one daughter; Kendra who currently resides in Pawhuska, OK with her husband, Damion Jones and their three children. After the dissolution of this marriage Micah moved to Avondale, AZ where he met Melinda Gradillas and to them were born four children; Jamell, Talisa, and the twins Kiana & Michael all of whom resided in Goodyear, AZ. Micah's loves were his family, fast cars, and cigars. Micah is preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Marie Davison. He leaves to cherish his memory his Dad, James (Evelyn) Davison of Coffeyville, KS; Five children, Kendra (Damion) Jones of Pawhuska,OK; Talisa Davison, Jamell Davison, Kiana Davison, and Michael Davison al of Goodyear, AZ. Eight Brothers and sisters; Jeanene (Dwayne) Giles of Kansas City, MO; James T.(Ladina) Davison Jr. of Columbus, GA; Dawnisha (Glenn) Nolen of Tulsa,OK; Lisa (Daniel) Polk-Lyons of Tulsa, OK; Darrell Dewayne (Amanda) Redway of McAlester, OK; Lanita Brown of Oklahoma City, OK; Michael Redway and Lisa Redway of McAlester, OK. Service: Saturday, November 8, 2014 @ Union Baptist Church 900 Delaware - Coffeyville, KS at 1 p.m. with Pastor Gary Wilson Officiating. Final Resting Place: Restlawn Cemetery Coffeyville, KS
